Afternoon tea parties at weddings are becoming more and more popular and something we love getting involved in. A number of our brides this summer have had less formal weddings and opted for an afternoon tea served on vintage china rather than a more formal wedding breakfast.

The afternoon tea party theme can of course be reflected in the table centres by arranging flowers in vintage crockery. From tea cups to cake stands and tea pots to sugar bowls, anything goes! At Passion for Flowers we have collected a number of assorted pieces of vintage china to use for our floral displays but we find brides often like to go out collecting their own as well.
