Here at Passion for Flowers we love hydrangeas for wonderful wedding flowers. We use them for wedding bouquets, wedding table centres, arches for church weddings and large arrangements for that WOW wedding factor!

This stunning summer bridal bouquet has a mix of soft blue hydrangeas,  vintage roses in blues, pinks, lilacs and creams – this set off our brides beautiful Jenny Packham dress like a dream. Hydrangea heads make a statement on their own in a mix of blues – great contrast to navy bridesmaids dresses for pure style. For the purist bride a hand-tied bouquet of white hydrangeas and gypsophilia tied with lace for a vintage look. Hydrangea heads make stunning arches in churches or over doorways, teamed here with dreamy gypsophilia.

Stylish glass bubble vases look cool and elegant with hydrangea heads and steel grass, add blue water glasses for that extra touch. Bell jars add a soft vintage look to a wedding or cake table, jar filled with hydrangea and lace.
Muted tones of pink and green hydrangeas look just great for a country style wedding  - we simply styled these in a cream metal jug, glass bottles and cream tea lights continue our relaxed take on the country wedding. At Passion for Flowers we love using hydrangeas in rustic bark containers, the big blooms fill the space and just need the addition of a few extra flowers for a great wedding table centre.

To end at Passion for Flowers we just had to share this image captured by the Barbers of a summer vintage tea party with tall candelabra with blue hydrangeas, herbs and a mix of vintage roses. The tones picked up by bunting by the bride’s family and soft pashminas on the chairs.  What a great alternative to chair covers!
