If you’re having your wedding ceremony at a country church welcome your guests with a relaxed country style flower arch. This country church had a metal arch which we decorated with this flower garland. The flower arch was a simple mix of eucalyptus, white hydrangeas and snippets of white gypsophilia. The archway will be in all the photos as you leave the church yard, making a lovely frame for the bride and groom.
Hampton Manor is one of our regular wedding venues, we really enjoy working with couples getting married at Hampton Manor, the venue is stunning and has many areas to decorate with flowers.
Cathy and Emir were married back in October, they had a stylish navy, cream and nude pink colour scheme. Cathy and her Mum had collected cut crystal glass vases which they wanted to incorporate in the wedding in some way. We worked together with Cathy and Emir to help them achieve the look they were after.
To welcome the wedding guests and bring Cathy and Emir’s colour scheme into the reception area we placed small glass vases filled with lovely Sweet Avalanche and Quicksand roses, white lisianthus and eucalyptus on the reception tables. The vases were finished off with white lace and navy ribbon to bring out the colours.
Hampton Manor Wedding Flowers in the BarIn the bar area we continued the look by placing similar vases and carafes on the fireplaces and tables. In other areas of the bar and reception Cathy had put up some old photos of family members’ weddings which was a great talking point for guests.
Hampton Manor Wedding Flowers ~ CentrepiecesFor the centrepieces we created a grouping on the tables, these were low and delicate. The central hurricane vase was filled with sand and a candle, this was surrounded by the glassware Cathy and her Mum had been collecting. These ranged from vases and jugs to individual wine glasses. The vases had a mixture of cream Avalanche roses, nude pink Quicksand roses, cream freesias and eucalyptus for scent.
Hampton Manor Wedding Flowers ~ FireplacesThe Mawson Suite has stunning fireplaces at either end of the room, the large mirrors above them reflect any fireplace decoration throughout the room. We kept the fireplaces simple with crystal glass vases running along it, each was filled with nude pink roses, cream roses and snippets of eucalyptus with a highlight of blue.
To keep the cake simple and in keeping with the rest of the day we placed four of the glass vases on the cake table with the same mix of flowers from the day.

Flower crowns or flower circlets look stunning on small flower girls, adult bridesmaids and even on brides depending on how you are wearing you hair. Below you can see two of our recent flower crowns, modelled here by one of our team members Emily.
White gypsophila flower crowns are dainty and delicate, ideal for younger bridesmaids as they are very light weight. They create a soft dreamy look.
This flower crown is made from spring flowers, here we have used ranunculus, freesias and eucalyptus. This could be in the colours to match the rest of your bridal flowers.
Gemma and Michael were married back in October at the lovely Packington Moor Farm, they were hoping to create a vintage theme for their wedding with a hint of glamour in the gorgeous barn setting. At our consultation we came up with an overall style and look for the day using soft pink toned roses (Sweet Avalanche) a mix of seasonal white flowers and highlights of astilbe and lisianthus for texture. When mixed with our mercury silver glassware and cut crystal glassware it created a stunning vintage glamour look for Gemma and Michael.
Gemma’s bridal bouquet was a hand tied mix of soft pink Sweet Avalanche roses, white lisiantuhs, white hydrangea, pink astilbe and astrantia tied with mocha ribbon and photo frame charms to finish off the bouquet wrap. The young bridesmaids had a smaller version of the bridal bouquet.
Packington Moor Wedding CeremonyFor the ceremony we used two of our 5′ tall silver candelabra either side of the ceremony table, these has a similar mix of flowers as were used in the bouquets. On the ceremony table itself was one of our mercury silver hurricane vases with a pillar candle inside, these also ran down either side of the aisle. The chairs in the ceremony had lovely chair decorations of soft pink and gold ribbon with a heart pendant.
Packington Moor Wedding TablesOn the guest tables in the reception Gemma had found some old gold picture frames which she had filled with pretty paper, this acted as the base for the floral grouping. Each table had a glass bottle and vintage cut glass vase with pink and white blooms as well as mercury silver tea light holders. Gemma and Michael had put a disposable camera on each guest table. To make this more fun and get the photos they wanted they created a game of eye spy for the guests to play with their camera. We love this idea, as you can see their list included photos such as a group shot of the table, bride and groom holding hands, cutest couple (not the bride and groom), groom playing with his ring, bride looking at the groom in the distance…

Are you having young flower girls or bridesmaids at your wedding? These hair bands are perfect for young girls, they are easy for them to wear and light weight. We have used snippets of pink gypsophila on this flower girl hair band but we could have used white gypsophila.
It is always nice to let young flower girls have a handbag full of petals for them to sprinkle down the aisle as they walk down.
A simple yet beautiful cream or ivory bouquet. Here we have used cream avalanche roses, white veronica and cream freesias for texture and scent, hand tied and finished with lace.
Kerry and Matthew were married at Packington Moor Farm back in September, a venue we find ourselves working at frequently. Here at Passion for Flowers we love working at rustic barn / farm wedding venues, Kerry and Matthew wanted to continue with the rustic theme of the barn adding hints of soft pink and pale ivory / nude with the main focus flowers being roses. We used soft pink Sweet Avalanche roses and ivory Avalanche roses to achieve this rustic glamour look.
For the bridal bouquet we used a mix of soft pink vintage roses as well as ivory roses hand tied with lovely lace ribbon. The bridesmaids had smaller bouquets using only the ivory roses, these bouquet wraps were hessian covered with lace.
The ceremony took place in the Oat Barn, a stunning barn with exposed brickwork and glass walls. We created a floral archway made from scented eucalyptus and roses. On the registrars table we displayed a long and low arrangement of eucalyptus, roses and chunky candles.
To welcome wedding guests inside and mark the entrance we stacked our rustic wooden crates and filled with roses, gypsophila and eucalyptus.
We loved their wedding table plan, made from floral Cath Kidson style fabric with buttons to hold the table cards in place. On the tables we created height in the barn with our silver candelabra creating a rustic glamour feel to the room. Again the candelabra were filled with an arrangement of Avalanche and Sweet Avalanche roses.
Along the top table we laid a hessian runner with a mix of mercury silver candle sticks, tea light holders and glass bottles with single roses in. This creates a full look to the top table without anything obstructing the view.
Kerry and Matthew had chosen Tracy from Cotton and Crumbs to make their wedding cake, we absolutely love Tracy’s work and work with her on a number of weddings. This lovely birdcage wedding cake and display of cupcakes on cake stands looked amazing in the barn.

Heather and Dave were married back in September at Hogarths Hotel, Solihull. Hogarths is a lovely setting for a wedding, a venue we work at frequently. Dave and Heather were after a soft pink and nude colour scheme for their afternoon tea party style wedding. Together we chose the mix of flowers that would be used throughout the day. To create the soft pink / nude colours we used a mix of Sweet Avalanche roses, Quicksand roses, white freesias and white gypsophila.
Heather’s bridal bouquet was a hand tied mix of Quicksand roses, Sweet Avalanche roses, with snippets of gyp and white freesias, tied with delicate lace around the stems.
The bridesmaids had a smaller hand tied bouquet with a base of white gypsophila and Sweet Avalanche roses. These looked stunning with their nude coloured bridesmaids dresses.
Hogarths Wedding Flowers ~ Afternoon Tea PartyTo create the afternoon tea party look we used a mix of vintage china jugs, tea pots and tea cups all filled with a mix of flowers from the wedding day. Don’t worry you don’t have to collect all this china yourselves, we have a range of vintage china available to hire. Each table had one jug or tea pot, surrounded by three tea cups and saucers all with soft pink nude flowers and three lace tea light holders.
Heather had made lots of little crafty details herself, including hand stitching the table names. The favours were home made mini pots of jam and Welsh cakes for each guest. A luggage tag was tied to each jam pot with the guests name stamped onto it to act as a place setting. We love the gorgeous poems on each table, created by Vintage Twee.
Angela and Chris were married at Packington Moor, a rustic farm wedding venue in Staffordshire. The ceremony took place in the Oat Barn which has a stunning vaulted ceiling with wonderful light. The wedding breakfast took place in the Malt barn, a stunning room with exposed brickwork and oak wood beams.
Angela and Chris wanted a vintage rustic styled wedding bringing in colours of soft dusky pink. At our consultation we decided on a highlight of sweet avalanche roses, cream hydrangea, freesia and gypsophila for the mix of flowers throughout the day.
Angela’s bridal bouquet was a relaxed hand tied bouquet with a mix of soft dusky pink and cream flowers. We used a mix of sweet avalanche roses, white lisianthus, white freesias, gypsophila and snippets of white hydrangea tied with ivory satin ribbon.
Wedding Flowers at Packington MoorIn the Malt Barn we used a mix of different jugs on the tables as the centrepieces. Together we had decided that the flowers in the reception would be all white and green tones. Each jug was slightly different with a mix of cream / white hydrangeas, gypsophila, lisianthus and eucalyptus.

Ben and Chris were married back in August at Walton Hall a stunning wedding venue in Warwickshire. They came to us at their first consultation with hundreds of ideas all along the lines of rustic glamour / vintage. We realised we needed to incorporate hessian and lavender, wow factor centre pieces , troughs, urns and lanterns in the décor somewhere, pulling it all together with the choice of flowers.
The mix of wedding flowers used throughout the day were vintage green hydrangeas, dusky pink amnesia roses, avalanche roses, gyposphila, veronica, china grass and eucalyptus.

Being two grooms they wanted the button holes to be extra special. To tie in with their tweed suits and overall look of the day they both wore amnesia roses, snippets of hydrangeas, with a touch of gyp and eucalyptus with the stems wrapped in twine.
Bridesmaid BouquetTheir bridesmaid carried a stunning bouquet of amnesia roses, avalanche roses, veronica on a base of green hydrangeas tied with hessian and twine.
Extra Details ~ Signs, Guests Books, PhotosBen & Chris made some fantastic signs for their wedding, we loved the welcome to our wedding sign, detailing the list of house rules.
Around the room were vintage suitcases filled with lavender plants. For the guest book they asked guests to take a polaroid picture of themselves and write something either sentimental or hilarious.
The wedding ceremony took place in The Moncrieffe room at Walton Hall, either side of the registrars table we created two giant urns raised up on wooden crates with lavish rustic arrangements of vintage green hydrangeas, dusky pink roses, grass, moss and eucalyptus. Along the table, and fireplaces and within the alcoves were troughs filled with a similar mix of flowers and jam jars wrapped in lace and hessian.
The wedding breakfast also took place in The Moncrieffe Room at Walton Hall. The long top table was situated in front of the stunning fireplace. For the top table wedding flowers we filled troughs with a mix of sage green and dusky pink flowers. In between the troughs were a mix of bottles and jam jars covered in lace, hessian and twine again filled with florals. Either side of the top table were the two giant urns from the ceremony. Each chair back either had a hessian sash or piece of lavender, the napkins were all tied with hessian to complete the rustic look.
On the round guest tables we used a mix of table centres to create interest throughout the room. Some tables had glamorous silver candelabra with a large arrangement of amnesia roses, avalanche roses gypsophila and eucalyptus, these looked stunning once the chunky church candles were lit.
On other tables were lower arrangements around cream lanterns, the cream lanterns had a chunky candle in the middle with a mix of similar flowers around the base. Spread around the table were jam jars filled with roses, gypsolphila and herbs.
