Caroline and Rob’s wedding has been featured on Rock My Wedding today! We loved working on this wedding last summer, Caroline and Rob’s wedding at Shustoke Farm Barns was oh so beautiful. Their colour palette was a range of pastel tones inspired by watercolour.
The bouquets were a mix of blues, greens and pinks using hydrangeas and roses for a blousy look. Caroline loved her flower crown, she wore it all through the day.
We blogged this wedding back in the summer, see the full feature here to read all about her flowers (bouquets, flower crown, hanging globes & crates) and even more wedding details.
Are you wondering how you will style your hair on your wedding day? Have you thought of wearing a flower crown? Many of our brides love wearing a circlet of fresh flowers in their hair on their wedding day, whether they wear it for the whole day or just after the ceremony for a more relaxed look. Today we thought we’d share with you some of our favourite flower crowns we have made for our brides as well as some inspiration from Pinterest.
FLOWER CROWNS WEDDING HAIR INSPIRATION
Caroline looked stunning in her large mixed coloured flower crown, her wedding colours tied into her watercolour theme so we used a mix of roses in pinky tones and blue hydrangeas for a full look.
Amy was married on New Years Eve, she wore a flower crown made from the flowers of the day. For her white, gold and grey colour palette we used white roses in varying sizes, eucalyptus (some of it sprayed gold), hydrangeas and brunia. Amy wore her flower crown during the evening when the wedding turned into a New Years Eve party.
Victoria wore her flower crown after her wedding ceremony for a walk in the woods at Hampton Manor, we think she looked gorgeous in her peach and cream rose flower crown.

Leanne loved her flower crown, it suited her natural rustic wedding perfectly. We made a delicate flower circlet using very soft muted tones including wax flower for texture, Quicksand roses, bombastic roses and a touch of pittosporum.
Young bridesmaids and flower girls look especially cute when they wear flower crowns and hair flowers. Sometimes they prefer to wear something in their hair than hold a bouquet all through the day. This pretty little girl wore a gypsophila flower crown.
