Louise and Rob were married at Curradine Barns earlier in the year. We blogged their wedding previously but Louise just sent us this photo over and we had to share. Sparkler send off while wearing a flower crown, we just love it!
For an elegant winter wedding there is no better place than Hampton Manor. The team at the Manor are the perfect hosts and we are thrilled to be asked by couples to decorate their weddings with flowers and styling suggestions. Amy and James were married last December in the Birches followed by drinks and canapes in the The Manor and partied with their families and guests in grand style through to the early hours.

The head table featured a tall silver candelabra with an abundance of blush roses and the softest of blooms teamed with vases of scented blooms, mercury tea lights and silver candlesticks. The elegant mirror table plan had a luxe garland of blooms to decorate.
FLOWER PRESERVATION GIFT – PAPER WEIGHT
I love this idea for preserving your wedding bouquet. Amy’s bridesmaids organised a beautiful paper weight which is a treasured gift and reminder of her wedding day.
Summer weddings held at country venues are a pleasure to work on and Laura and Jason wanted a music filled wedding day with family and friends. Packington Moor set in rural Warwickshire is a wonderful setting and the food and service are always excellent.
Flowers were high up on Laura’s plans for the day and the Passion for Flowers team filled her venue with flowers bringing her dreams to life.
BRIDAL PARTY BOUQUETS
Romantic was the order of the day and the bridal bouquets included cream garden roses with soft bombastic roses and hydrangea. For the young girls we added snippets of baby’s breath to the bombastic roses to keep their posies more delicate.

CENTREPIECES AT PACKINGTON MOOR BARN VENUE
The centrepieces continued the romantic floral look for the day with elevated blousy arrangements in glass vases. The top table was filled with candlelight and blooms in a mix of glass vases and vessels finished with trailing foliage. The place settings were finished with rosemary for the boys and lisianthus for the girls another lovely way to welcome your guests to the wedding meal.
Chelsea is a dream, an amazing bride with an infectious and exuberant personality. We first met at the National Wedding Show and enjoyed skype meetings and wedding consultations to achieve the WOW look she was after for her church wedding to Carl followed by a stunning reception at Belvoir Castle.
The bridal bouquet was a lush hand tie with a mix of protea, feathery astilbe and roses. Her girls carried a bouquet of astilbe, so gorgeous on its own.
NORMANTON CHURCH WEDDING
Normanton church sat on the edge of Rutland water is quite extraordinary and a very special place to tie the knot.
So we always love a lavish reception and Belvoir Castle sat high on the hill is a treasure of a venue for an exclusive wedding. The tables were a mass of gold and flowers with a luxe gold candelabra surrounded by a sea of blooms. Once the candles were lit the venue shimmered and shone. Linen, gold cutlery, glasses and charger plates enhanced the look. The dessert table was expertly created by Cotton and Crumbs, a great favourite of ours.
We love these amazing images captured by the talented Matt Parry. Congratulations to Carl and Chelsea on your epic wedding.
I am delighted to share these images from the most relaxed summer wedding flowers we created for Jacquie and Neil with a 60’s Rock and Roll vibe and natural looking flowers.
RELAXED FLOWER CROWN – YELLOW, WHITE AND GREEN
A lightweight feathery flower crown with delicate love in a mist, yellow craspedia, rose buds and snippets of soft ruscus suited the relaxed day and was worn by Jacquie from setting off to church through to the last dance of the evening.
The bride carried a very loose hand tied natural looking mix of garden roses, tanacetum daisy, soft ruscus trailing, blue love in a mist, cornflowers and pops of bright orange blooms gorgeous with her Charlie Brear dress in pale ivory tones.
SUMMER BRIDESMAIDS BOUQUETS FOR FLORAL DRESSES
We always love our consultations when we get to see the bridesmaids dresses or swatches or colours and can then design bouquets to suite. The floral dresses worn by the girls looked stunning pared with loose natural summer bouquets.
ROSE BUTTON HOLES TIED WITH TWINE
The boys wore rose button holes simply tied with twine for their relaxed look.
RELAXED SUMMER FLOWERS FOR A COUNTRY CHURCH
Barnt Green church just down the road from the family home was welcoming for the wedding guests. A galvanised bucket of flowers decorated the altar and simple posies of flowers were set out down the aisle.
SUMMER GARDEN WEDDING
Jacquie and Neil chose Laughern Hill with its walled garden setting, vinery and beautiful garden for their summer garden wedding. A marquee was set up in the gardens leaving an abundance of space to dress and decorate to their taste.
SUMMER WEDDING CENTREPIECES – BRIGHT FLOWERS IN ECLECTIC MIX OF CRYSTAL VASES AND TEA CUPS
The tables had an eclectic mix of relaxed centrepieces. Bright flowers from the day unified the look and created the relaxed look the couple were hoping for. The Vinery was a lovely spot for photos and guests mingling with the grapes hanging above a set of rustic ladders. A favourite decoration of the day for our bride.
NAKED WEDDING CAKE DECORATED WITH PRETTY BLOOMS
The naked cake was beautifully finished with fresh berries and figs and a sprinkling of pretty blooms.
OUTDOOR DANCE FLOOR FOR SUMMER GARDEN WEDDING
The Walled garden became the perfect place for dancing with festoon lights and pallet seating.
Our thanks to Jacquie and Neil for their amazing comments ;
“The flowers were a huge part of what made our day look so amazing. They complemented all of our ideas and added the finishing touches to what we think of as the most incredible day in our relationship. I cannot put more emphasis on how easy, accommodating and genuinely pleasant to work with Passion for Flowers were. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I meet who is planning a wedding. Words will always fail to express my gratitude to Karen and her team.”
Just received a lovely thank you from Emma and Ben who were married at Shustoke Farm Barns in August. We love this shot of Emma and Ben having their confetti moment. We supplied them with real rose petal confetti. Emma’s bouquet was a mix of blush pink spray roses, larger blush pink roses, white hydrangeas with snippets of eucalyptus and lavender.
Thank you so much to you, Gemma and your team for the most beautiful flowers and styling for our wedding and the most excellent service. The flower globe is currently a very extravagant hanging basket at my parents’ house in Kenilworth.
Everything was absolutely just as we wanted and the flowers and styling were even better than I could have imagined.
Lisa and Aneel had a 2 day wedding celebration starting with a church service in the church at Mappleborough Green followed by a reception at Gorcott Hall. On day 2 they continued with a ceremony at the Hyatt Hotel followed by a reception. The guests and families enjoyed 2 amazing days and we are delighted to share some images of the first day with you.
BUTTON HOLES FOR THE GROOMSMEN
The groomsmen wore elegant rose button holes for the church.
LOOSE, ELEGANT PEACH AND GREY BRIDAL BOUQUET
The bridal bouquet was the softest mix of flowers and foliage in peach, soft pink and grey. Heavenly Juliet and Keira roses combined with the delicate scabious, hypericum berries, dusty miller and scented jasmine created a dreamy look for the bridal bouquet.
ELEGANT BRIDESMAIDS BOUQUETS
The girls looked so elegant with their rose and dusty miller bouquets outside Gorcott Hall.
VENUE DECORATIONS – ENTRANCE WREATH FOR FRONT DOOR
The old wooden door to Gorcott Hall was just the place to hang a bespoke flower filled heart wreath.
ROMANTIC, ELEGANT WEDDING CENTREPIECES FOR LONG TABLES
Lisa and Aneel had their hearts set on a long table and found a great way of incorporating these into the room layout. Delicate candlesticks, votives and a mix of elegant footed vases and vessels were set our along the long table filled with scented florals to create their romantic reception.
ROMANTIC, ELEGANT WEDDING CAKE FLOWERS
The softest Keira roses were the icing on the cake for the wedding and set off the ombre icing beautifully.
Thank you Lisa and Aneel for sharing your photos and for your lovely words ‘The flowers were exactly what I had envisaged – soft, romantic and elegant.’
This gorgeous wedding has so many of our favourite things flower wall backdrop, peonies and lots of gold glitter so we were thrilled to take our team down to Curradine Barns for this amazing wedding for the lovely Louise and Rob.
CREATING THE FLOWER WALL BACKDROP AT CURRADINE BARNS
Louise had one particular request she wanted flowers to cover the wall behind the top table to create a backdrop for her wedding celebrations. So the team carefully created her dream by hanging bombastic and miss bombastic spray roses with soft lisianthus to soften her backdrop. Louise and the girls were getting ready at the Barn and so popped in en masse to check how things were going.
PEONY BOUQUETS FOR THE BRIDE AND BRIDESMAIDS
Glamour was the key to the day and nothing hits the spot more than masses of peonies for beautiful bouquets with luxe dresses and lots of gold and glitter.
CHURCH WEDDING CEREMONY
The wedding took place at Great Witley Church in Worcestershire and was worth the steep climb up the hill to reveal the most beautiful Baroque Church, noted to be the finest example in England. An abundance of gold created the most magical setting for tying the knot.
CURRADINE BARN WEDDING FLOWERS AND DECORATIONS
The gold signage and stationery continued the gold and glitter mood and was used everywhere, I just love this Order of the Day.
Lush florals in glass footed bowls were laid out on the tables with hanging flower hoops suspended from the beams over many of the tables to create the natural flower filled room for our happy couple. I just love seeing the delight on Louise’s face as she enters her dream room.
TOP TABLE FLORAL GARLAND AND FLOWER WALL BACKDROP
As the evening went on the speeches and toasts were enjoyed by all with a floral garland to the top table and the stunning flower wall backdrop. Congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Jeffers you planned a great party for family and friends.
GOLD WEDDING CAKE, BOUQUETS TO DECORATE
We left vases to keep the bouquets looking lush around the beautiful gold wedding cake set on the gold glitter cloth.
Sparklers always add a bit of fun to the evening celebrations.
FLOWER CROWN FOR THE EVENING
If you fancy a change of look from day to evening then change your hairpiece or veil for a flower crown to be worn for the dancing.
Reeya Chalotra and Vishal Kapoor’s wedding at Shustoke Farm Barns in July was an elegant, stripped back look with natural flowers. We combined a mix of blooms chosen with the couple including hydrangea, wax flower, fountain grass, grey brunia, lisianthus, eucalyptus and highlights of bombastic soft blush spray roses. Just perfect for the setting at Shustoke Farm Barns in Warwickshire.
ORGANIC STYLE CEREMONY FLOWERS
The ceremony had a natural organic style with hand tied bunches of wax flower, eucalyptus and spray roses to the chairs.
To decorate the large wooden ceremony table a loose garland was created with plenty or organic foliage and blooms from the day. Garlands are a great look in a barn style venue with the addition of clylinder vases and candles for some magical candlelight.
HANGING HOOPS OF FLOWERS
The large open barns also benefit from some hanging flowers and so we designed hanging hoops made of wicker and wire, covered with relaxed foliage and flowers. It is important to use large scale blooms like hydrangea in these size of designs to create a dramatic look. Smaller blooms would be lost in a hoop of this size.
GUEST BOOK TABLE
The guest book table had photos and a rustic wooden box with soft organic blooms from the day.
Reeya and Vishal had a beautiful wedding and we are looking forward to seeing them again at The Ashes for Hannah and Rishi’s wedding. Thank you for recommending us. x
Chris and Lucy tied the knot at the beautiful Elmore Court, the most amazing place for a summer wedding. Elmore Court is run by festival folk and our couple embraced the whole festival vibe and continued partying late into the night and early morning with guests camping in the field around the house.
ELMORE COURT WEDDING FLOWERS
Elmore Court is a unique venue in Gloucestershire with the most historical house where the ceremony is held.
CLASSIC WHITE HYDRANGEA BOUQUETS
Lucy had a good idea of what she wanted for her bouquets and chose classic white hydrangea bouquets with flowing ribbons.
FLOWER CROWNS FOR BRIDESMAIDS
The bridesmaids wore fluffy bridal crowns of delicate Baby’s Breath to enhance their dreamy dresses and Lucy’s bridal bouquet. Baby’s breath was used in decorations throughout the wedding being a favourite of the brides. A lucky charm as Chris and Lucy are now blessed with the most beautiful baby boy.
WEDDING OUTFITS FOR THE DOGS
The dogs were guests of honour at the wedding and followed Lucy everywhere. I just love their outfits, don’t they look so cute all dressed up for their special day.
THE WEDDING CEREMONY AT ELMORE COURT
Lucy and Chris chose to hold their ceremony inside to take advantage of the elegant setting of the house. Friends and family joined in their celebrations in such an amazing space. We added tied bunches of baby’s breath to the chairs for aisle decoration and they bought one of our ‘Choose a seat not a side, we’re all family once the knot is tied‘ signs from The Wedding of my Dreams.
ENTRANCE DECORATIONS AT ELMORE COURT
Grand entrances deserve grand decor and so we created florals in tall silver vases and arranged candles in silver lanterns and glass cylinder vases down the steps.
THE GARDENS AT ELMORE COURT
The gardens are just so beautiful and in June are full of flowers, I just love these shots in the relaxed meadow planting around the house. Can you just glimpse the tipees in the distance?
WEDDING RECEPTION FLOWERS AND STYLING IN THE GILLYFLOWER AT ELMORE COURT
The Gillyflower is a striking building set in the grounds of Elmore Court, its rammed earth walls and huge glass windows give the appearance of being in the meadow. Wedding flowers and styling need to reflect this and so we chose all white flowers with delphinium, hydrangea and clouds of Baby’s Breath.
We always love it when a bride has been recommended to Passion for Flowers by a previous bride and were delighted to meet with Jessica to discuss details for her summer wedding at Ettington Park in Warwickshire.
LARGE PINK PEONY BOUQUET
Jessica wanted us to create a bountiful pink peony bridal bouquet. Peonies are a great favourite for many brides and it is so beautiful to see them in abundance.
FREESIA CORSAGES FOR THE LADIES
Scented corsages of creamy white freesias were perfect for the ladies.
BABY’S BREATH FLOWER CROWNS FOR THE FLOWER GIRLS
Young flower girls adore wearing a flower crown on the wedding day and these delightful two were beautifully dressed in lace sleeved dresses to match the bride and wore Baby’s Breath flower crowns to finish their look.
VINTAGE CARS AND A CHURCH WEDDING
Arriving in a vintage car is a special part of a wedding day and a lovely opportunity for the bride and groom to travel together from the church to the venue as the new Mr and Mrs.
ETTINGTON PARK WEDDING FLOWERS
Ettington Park is one of our lovely Warwickshire venues and a great favourite of ours. Every couple is unique and their weddings are all different and usually a reflection of their tastes and personal loves. Jessica and Simon planned a romantic day with family and friends at this gorgeous venue.
MIX OF SILVER VASES FOR TOP TABLE CENTREPIECES
The reception in the Long Gallery offers plenty of decorating opportunities in the book laden room. A mix of silver vases decorated the top table with spring flowers. Luxe silver grey ribbon was used as an extra detail on the place settings.
SILVER CANDELABRA CENTREPIECES
Elegant silver candelabra with clouds of Baby’s Breath and Hydrangea decorated the guest tables
CAKE TABLE FLOWERS
When cutting the wedding cake it is a great idea to be sure there are some flowers to add some colour to the table and these stunning pink peonies hit just the right note. Peonies are the perfect flower for a May bride.
Wethele Manor nestled in the Warwickshire countryside is a favourite wedding venue of ours, especially in the summer months where couples with their guests can enjoy this delightful setting.
BLUSH PINK, PEACH AND CREAM BOUQUETS
For a summer wedding you can’t beat the wonderful scent of David Austin roses in blush pink and peach, with peonies, hydrangea and tanacetum with fresh eucalyptus all tied with trailing ribbons.
OUTDOOR CEREMONY WETHELE MANOR
We just love creating the decor and florals for outdoor weddings and the setting at Wethele Manor is just perfect. The oak arbour was lightly decorated with swathes of muslin and lush foliage and flower garlands. The ribbon backdrop added a touch of whimsy to the day.
HYDRANGEA PLANTS DOWN THE AISLE
Plants are a great idea to frame the aisle in an outdoor setting as they just enhance the natural setting. The ceremony table had a full garland trailing to the floor to continue this natural garden feel.
CENTREPIECES FOR THE MARQUEE AT WETHELE MANOR
For a large marquee remember to look at the expanse above your tables as well as the centrepieces.
CANDELABRA – PEACHES AND CREAM WEDDING FLOWERS
Candelabra added height to the tables giving an airy look and feel to the marquee, the flowers in peaches and creams added a cool, calmness to the day.
FOOTED BOWLS – PEACHES AND CREAM WEDDING FLOWERS
Footed vases sat on plinths in front of the top table and were used on some of the guest tables, enabling guests to see and smell the fragrant blooms.
TOP TABLE GARLAND
A lush foliage garland with highlights of delicate flowers ran the length of the top table. Hurricane vases and tea lights placed along the table added a touch of romance.
Pretty details were all around at this wedding, a gorgeous table plan and a dose of pretty behind the cake table.
Yolande and Ian married at Hampton Manor with a ceremony in The Birches and reception in Elizabeth’s Court. Richard Shepherd captured the romance of their wedding beautifully.
PEACH AND WHITE BRIDAL BOUQUET – PEACH AVALANCHE ROSES & HYDRANGEAS
The bridal bouquet was a large mix of peach avalanche roses and hydrangea. Ian, always so thoughtful, surprised his wife on their first anniversary and asked me to create a bouquet for her with the same mix of flowers. What a happy wife he has.
PEACH ROSE BUTTON HOLES
Peach and ivory avalanche roses were worn by the men.
HANGING APOTHECARY BOTTLES OUTSIDE THE CEREMONY
The Birches is set in a woodland part of the Hampton Manor Estate and hanging apothecary bottles look great hanging from the trees.
THE BIRCHES – WEDDING CEREMONY FLOWERS & DECORATIONS
The Birches suits rustic elegant styling with its large wooden doors, logs and wooden floor. We added candles with moss down the aisle and a mix of vases and vessels. We have an ever expanding selection which our couples can choose from when they meet at our new workshop in Berkswell. That way their wedding is personal to them.
NATURAL DELPHINIUM PETAL CONFETTI
Natural freeze dried confetti is beautifully scented and perfect for that confetti moment. Make sure you have some waiting in a basket at the ceremony location.
THE RECEPTION DECORATIONS – HAMPTON MANOR
CENTREPIECES – GROUPING OF GLASS AND SILVER VASES
Groupings work well for an informal layout with a variety of vases and vessels in differing heights.
Stacey and Ashley tied the knot at Warwick House, nestled in Southam, Warwickshire. Stacey was full of ideas which we helped bring to life and we were so happy to be involved in this wedding as we had previously created the flowers for her sister’s wedding. Personal recommendation is always the best.
BRIDE & BRIDESMAIDS BOUQUETS
Stacey and her girls carried relaxed flowers and bouquets with scented freesia, lisianthus, veronica ,quicksand and ocean song roses for a delicate flowery feel.
Delicate button holes were the order of the day with ranunculus, veronica and a touch of baby’s breath all tied with twine, perfect for an outdood ceremony.
OUTDOOR CEREMONY – WEDDING FLOWERS AT WARWICK HOUSE
We just love outdoor ceremonies and the route to the ceremony was lined with jugs of flowers. The setting was enhanced with rustic crates and a mix of blooms to create a great backdrop for the family photos. Everyone looks so relaxed and proud here in front of the gazebo.
RUSTIC STYLING & WEDDING FLOWERS AT WARWICK HOUSE
The hay bales, buckets of lavender and rustic styling created a great welcome for guests at the entrance to Warwick House.
Soft blooms were added to this gorgeous naked cake. Congratulations to Stacey and Ashley xx
What do you think of our elevated florals shown here in the Parlour at Hampton Manor? This elevated design can be used along long tables to create the illusion of hanging flowers without having to fix anything to the ceiling at a venue – much quicker and easier to install on site than a hanging display. The flowers sit on a shelf supported by clear glass tall vases and we think they look just fab…
If you have longer tables the elevated display could continue onto another vase and another to match the length of your table.
If you are getting married at Hampton Manor we love a little extra floral decoration in the Parlour, it will be sure to wow your wedding guests.
