Sacha and Stu planned a relaxing day for family and friends at Blackwell Grange. The bride wore an elegant gown with her maids in charcoal grey and vintage rose dresses. Stu looked splendid in this kilt and we introduced thistles into the bouquets and button holes as a nod to the tartan.
BLOOMS
The bouquets were loose foliage inspired bouquets with thistle, lisianthus, roses, veronica and wax flower for different textures and tones.
BUTTON HOLES
The button holes were a relaxed mix of blooms from the day with twine to finish.
ENTRANCE GATE FLOWERS – BLACKWELL GRANGE
Touches of eucalyptus were tied to the entrance gates to continue the relaxed, laid back look.
The Thatch Barn at Blackwell Grange is a great place to tie the knot with its stone walls and wooden beams. The Barn suits very natural flowers and foliage and we designed relaxed arrangements in tall bronze vases to frame the ceremony and foliage garlands to drape the table.
EXTRA LARGE MILK CHURN ENTRANCE FLOWERS
Keeping to a very natural relaxed look large arrangements greeted guests at the entrance set in rustic milk churns.
CENTREPIECES – BLACKWELL GRANGE
The tables were dressed with a mix of centrepieces with natural foliage and flowers in bronze gold containers.
We loved creating the flowers for Sacha and Stu and being part of their wedding day.
As the days are turning cooler I thought we would share more images of this beautiful wedding at Blackwell Grange. Last September Danielle and Lorance entrusted us to create their flowers and decor and we loved bringing everything together on the day.
BRIDAL BOUQUET – ORGANIC STYLE AUTUMN COLOURS
Rich autumn colours were added into the bridal bouquet design for this organic style bouquet with touches of astilbe, dahlia, roses and eucalyptus.
BRIDESMAIDS BOUQUETS – DEEP RED BURGUNDY & FOLIAGE
Plenty of foliage and deep burgundy red dahlias carried through into the bridesmaids bouquets.
WEDDING CEREMONY AT BLACKWELL GRANGE
The ceremony barn is a lovely setting for a wedding ceremony nestled into the countryside.

FLOWERS FOR THE WEDDING CAKE TABLE
Ask your florist for vases for the bouquets so they can be added to the cake table display. I love the axe for cutting the rustic cake.
Danielle and Lorance, thank you for your lovely words.

The garden marquee at Birtsmorton Court can be styled for your wedding, as a regular Birtsmorton Court wedding florist we have decorated this marquee many times but this was one of our favourites. When your couple asks you for a rustic woodland top table we get excited, we have lots of woodland props and vases available for styling and loved creating this rustic setting for a spring wedding. Tree slices along the top table, terracotta pots and glass jars/bottles with blooms including roses, ranunculus, broom with ivy gave a soft and calming look to the room. Dotted along the table were various rustic wooden tea light holders and the table numbers were held up by tiny tree stump card holders.

Niamh and Alex were a dream couple to work with throughout the build up to their wedding. They booked Oldberrow House in Warwickshire for a tipi wedding reception and laid back festival style celebration with family and friends. We knew we were in for a treat with their list of hand picked suppliers.
‘What can I say, we loved working with you and this talented team to create your wedding flowers. You gave us an opportunity to create from the heart which always brings about the best in any relationship.’ Love Karen x

WEDDING CAR GARLAND – A MUST FOR SUMMER WEDDINGS
Gemma and I always jump at a chance to add flowers to a wedding car and the Fiat 500 was a joy to flower. The garland had to fit the festival look and feel of the wedding and be able to withstand the heat of the day and the trip from Oldberrow House over to the ceremony venue. I have to say it was one of our favourite parts of this amazing wedding and still brings tears to my eyes.

BRIDESMAIDS FLORAL HOOPS TO DECORATE THE PALLET TABLE PLAN
We knew we the girls would find a space to display the floral hoops later in the day and here they were casually displayed on the pallet table plan.
Niamh and Alex Thank you both for choosing us and for your lovely note which says it all.
‘I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and the team. We had the most perfect day made even more special by the fabulous people we had working with us!! I can’t thank you and the team enough for your help, amazing floristry and professional service in the lead up to the wedding and throughout the day. EVERYONE was so complimentary about the flowers – the bridesmaids loved their flower rings, my bouquet was amazing, the tables just looked even better than I had hoped for and the frame around the projector looked great (!). N & A’

STYLING DETAILS AROUND THE BARN

The world map table plan from the Wedding of My Dreams c]gave Fay and Andrew the chance to create a beautifully styled table plan for their guests.
LAID BACK TRAVEL THEMED WEDDING CENTREPIECES
The couple continued the travel ideas with their fun, laid back centrepieces for the tables.
OUTDOOR STYLING
The courtyard is a fun place for family and friends to relax during the wedding day. Here balloons from our other website The Wedding of my Dreams created a backdrop for the musicians.
Seonaid and Oliver asked for help to create their relaxed wedding day with a church service and a family and friends get together at our gorgeous local country pub, The Malt Shovel.
BRIDAL BOUQUET
The bridal bouquet was a lovely mix of scented stocks and roses, frilly lisianthus coupled with plenty of eucalyptus foliage.
BRIDESMAIDS BOUQUETS
The bridesmaids looked elegant with their pretty bouquets to tie the peach and grey colour scheme together.
COUNTRY PUB WEDDING VENUE – THE MALT SHOVEL, BARSTON
The Malt Shovel is synonymous with excellent food and a great atmosphere. The guests gathered in the gardens and were welcomed into the restaurant for a superb meal.

U SHAPED WEDDING TABLES – LOW CENTREPIECES
U-shaped tables were the perfect fit and we added luxe low wedding centrepieces which celebrated the season and the laid back wedding day. Hurricane lamps with candles and an asymetric eucalyptus and flower wreath continued the look set on the church door. Smaller arrangements were set along the table with a simple place setting of eucalyptus.
We loved receiving this note before Seonaid and Oliver set off on honeymoon.
‘Just a little note to say a HUGE big thank you for all of your hard work yesterday. What can I say……the flowers were simply stunning!
Our breathe was taken away when we had a sneak peak into the restaurant prior to everyone being seated. I know we discussed the brief, but how you interpreted it was totally beyond expectations!
Thanks again for contributing towards making our day simply perfect!’
We usually use our birch arch covered in flowers and foliage to create a rustic frame for a wedding ceremony. Here is another use for it. At the recent Hampton Manor wedding fair, we showed our birch arch as a backdrop with a bespoke scroll hanging from it. This backdrop could be used behind the wedding ceremony, behind a top table or behind a cake table or dessert bar.
The scroll reads “Love is old, love is new, love is all, love is you” but we would love to create this to say something of your choice.
BIRCH ARCH SCROLL WEDDING BACKDROP
A wedding backdrop is a great styling trick to add to your venue decor. Here a pared-back birch arch has a personalised scroll and delicate foliage, glass hanging baubles, rustic tree stumps, an abundance of candles and relaxed planting and florals to create a great backdrop for your wedding day.
ALTERNATIVE WREATH – CART WHEEL
For an alternative wreath, we created an asymmetric floral decoration around an old cartwheel, perfect for welcoming guests to your wedding ceremony. Here the arrow reads flowers, but for a ceremony, we could change it to welcome, or later for drinks or bar.
Looking for tall wedding centrepice ideas for your Hampton Manor wedding? Hampton Manor suits tall centrepieces. At the spring wedding fair we showed our two newest floral stands both of which would be perfect for Hampton Manor, depending on your style. This rustic branch stands would also suit barn wedding venues, or could be used as floor standing arrangements to frame your ceremony in The Birches and later used on the tables.
TALL GOLD STANDS
Tall gold stands are great for adding height and a WOW factor to a room. Here a lush arrangement with trailing foliage and a mix of scented roses, ranunculus, tuberose and tulips filled the room with scent and romance. The stands can be set out along tables or to form a top table arrangement. Smaller vases and candlesticks along the table finish the look.
TALL RUSTIC CENTREPICES – BRANCH STANDS
Tall bronze branch stands add an element of drama to the room, they suit relaxed mixed foliage displays with highlights of seasonal blooms. Here we added a mix of beautiful English tulips perfect for a spring wedding. These stands can be used floor standing at the entrance to a room, either side of the aisle or ceremony and later for the dinner.
Extra details are always appreciated a single stem to the chair and place setting is a lovely touch.
New Year’s Eve is a special time for celebrations and we were honoured to assist Kristin and Tim with their wedding flowers and styling at Hampton Manor. This gorgeous couple chose to come back to England to share their day with family and friends from around the globe. We enjoyed skyping with Kristin who is based in Bejing in the build up to her wedding to ensure we delivered the elegant winter wedding she desired.
BOUQUETS
The bouquets were large organic free form is style with a textured mix of foliage eucalyptus, ozmanthus, dotted with brunia berries, thistle, lisianthus, roses, and ranunculus.
THE CEREMONY – BIRCH ARBOUR
The ceremony was a beautiful affair with a birch arbour trimmed with the softest drapes to create a soft, romantic backdrop. The organic mix of foliage and flowers was continued throughout the day with hand tied bunches of foliage to the aisle chairs to bring the outdoors in. A traditional Chinese tea ceremony was an integral part of the ceremony. Here tea is lovingly poured by Kristin.
CONFETTI
As they left the Birches the Kristin and Tim were showered with confetti to celebrate their marriage.
LONG TABLE FLORALS AND CANDLES – NEW YEARS EVE WEDDING
Long tables enabled family and friends from around the globe to connect, chat, and enjoy the food selected for this special wedding day. Fresh foliage was entwined the length of the long tables delicately interspersed with touches of white illuminated with gold candlesticks for a romantic look.
NEW YEARS EVE WEDDING PARTY
The evening was enjoyed as guests celebrated and welcomed in the New Year in style under the amazing chandelier in Elizabeth’s Court. These images are captured by the talented Fjona Weiling.
Thank you Kristin and Tim for putting your trust in us, we loved being part of the magic of your New Year’s Eve Wedding.

We always love a collaboration and when asked by Country Wedding Venues if we would like to work with The Rustic Wedding Company in styling Mythe Barn we jumped at the chance. We love a rustic wedding as do so many of our wedding couples.
NATURAL ORGANIC CEREMONY AT MYTHE BARN – BIRCH ARCH
Natural organic style wedding flowers are key to creating a relaxed look to a rustic wedding. Starting with our birch arch we added a mix of foliage, we usually use a mix of at least 3 different types of foliage, with a mix of roses, helebores and lisianthus to lighten the look.
Our tree stumps and lanterns tied the look together with a mix of candlesticks. Aisle chairs were finished off with a bunch of eucalyptus to complete the look. The wooden ceremony table has a soft runner, an array of gold candlesticks and a mass of foliage garland with highlights of natural flowers.
ROUND GUEST TABLES: GOLD AND GREEN CENTREPIECES
The guest tables centrepieces continued the gold and green scheme with gold hurricane vases with a candle framed by a ring of foliage and flowers. Flowers here included anenomes, helebores and roses.
BACKDROP BEHIND TOP TABLE
If you are having a backdrop behind the top table make sure it continues the feel of your wedding day, for a rustic wedding add large amounts of foliage for a natural organic look.
LONG TOP TABLE: GOLD AND GREEN WEDDING STYLING
All eyes are on the top table and it should be a feast for the senses, this will be the focal point for the duration of the speeches so you’ll want it to look as pretty as can be. The richness of the gold together with the organic green foliage and soft, delicate blooms caught the magic of the day. I just love the whimsical astilbe in the gold vases and the softest anemones in the lower vases. Each place setting had a snippet of foliage and gold cut out name as a place card / favour.

Every mother dreams of her daughter’s wedding and so when Gemma and Richard announced their engagement and plans for a dreamy destination wedding in Tuscany I was beyond excited. Being a mother and daughter florist team we live and breathe weddings and Gemma’s was no exception.
From the start we wanted Gemma’s wedding to be a relaxed day with family and friends and we are so thankful to everyone that played a part in her wedding. Planning a wedding even we you are in the wedding industry is no easy task but there is nothing we would change, all the effort was worth it.
As you can imagine there were lots of photos and we wanted to share them all with you. We have split the wedding up into sections, scroll down to see everything. The smaller images can be clicked on if you want to pin them or make them full size.
WEDDING PREPARATIONS – LOCANDA IN TUSCANY
Months of planning gave way to the excitement of arriving at our beautiful location in Tuscany to start creating the wedding we had all been dreaming of. All of our vases, signage, dressing, runners and details were sent out from our company The Wedding of My Dreams by van to arrive at our venue to await us.
Wedding preparations continued with the arrival of the flowers and foliage from our friends at Florismart as well as a few local grown specials from Puscina Flowers. We had invited Lois one of our florists to travel out to Tuscany and work with us to create all this beauty. We have a large family and many able helpers so we enlisted their help in dressing the venue. No task went unchecked as Gemma had planned all the details so brilliantly that we had an amazing work schedule to keep us on track. Whilst Gemma, Lois and I concentrated on the larger arrangements we knew the dressing of the gazebo, foliage hoops, hanging of lanterns, setting out of signs and filling of vases for the centrepieces was happening all around us.

BRIDAL PARTY GETTING READY, LOCANDA IN TUSCANY
The venue had plenty of space for Richard and the boys to get ready in the rooms surrounding the pool whilst Gemma and the girls enjoyed the coolness of the main house for their preparations.
We chose to take out our wedding industry friends with us including Make up by Jodie who did an amazing job keeping us relaxed whilst ensuring we were ready in good time.
Gemma’s dress and her bridesmaids gowns were chosen from Coco and Kate and she just loved the Anna Campbell, Adelaide dress she wore. I managed to find a beautiful Gina Baconi outfit to complement her look. The boys looked relaxed in their white shirts and chinos with Richard wearing a well cut grey jacket. Of course Olivia was the main star of the day with her white and silver dress and good nature.

OUTDOOR WEDDING CEREMONY, BAGNO VIGNONI, TUSCANY
Gemma and Richard chose the romantic setting of the Loggiato in Bagno Vignoni for their outdoor wedding ceremony. The backdrop was so beautiful with the old buildings and thermal pool. We dressed the wooden chairs with flowing runners which blew in the breeze and added large urns with natural organic designed florals and foliage. We even found an antique wooden crib for Olivia and added a flower garland to entice her in. Foliage hoops set the scene and were continued at Locanda as a way of linking our venues.
The garland for the car was a joy to create and I was so thrilled to see Gemma be driven to the ceremony by her father Richard and return after the ceremony with her husband Richard to be welcomed by family and friends.

BRIDE AND GROOM PORTRAIT PHOTOS TUSCANY
Anna and Simon Clarke were unrelenting on the day capturing every important moment and lots of beautiful shots of the Tuscan backdrop chosen for Gemma and Richard’s dream wedding. We are eternally grateful for the beauty they created and the amazing film Simon has put together. We had a family viewing of this on Christmas Day and it was such a joy to see.

WEDDING DRINKS RECEPTION, LOCANDA IN TUSCANY
After transporting our guests to our hillside location, a relaxed atmosphere was the order of the day. Food stations were set out offering the very best in Tuscan fare whilst everyone enjoyed cocktails and welcome drinks.
Shade was important for some of the guests and so gazebos and decorated pergolas provided plenty of spaces to chat and relax. Garden games were set out for those who wanted and we loved creating our family tree.
Click on the thumbnail images below to see them full screen size.
WEDDING GUEST TABLES, ALFRESCO WEDDING LONG WOODEN TABLES
Gemma and Richard knew they wanted the evening meal to be on long tables, under lights surrounded by family and friends. We chose our caterers with the help of our planner Francesca and agreed on the rustic style tables and chairs with long runners. The flowers in a mix of antique gold bottles vases, glass bottles with gold rims with hundreds of bronze tea lights and lanterns created a magical look. As the light faded the candles were lit and the table lanterns enhanced the setting.
Click on the thumbnail images below to see them full screen size.
EXTRA DETAILS, WEDDING CAKE, BAR, POOL DECORATIONS & DANCE FLOOR
Gemma and Richard decorated their own cake under the direction of the chefs. The loggia backdrop with its fireplace and informal seating was a wonderful place to decorate and relax in late in the evening. Lanterns laid out around the pool added to the magic and romance of the evening, organic arrangements in small urns were placed on the American bar, lanterns and fairy lights lit the dance floor under the pergola so the party could continue well into the early hours.

I can truly say this was the happiest day of our lives and when we had our last glass or two of wine when all the guests had left we all agreed we would not have done it any other way. I am so happy for Gemma Richard and Olivia as they enjoy their married life as the 3 Kings.
Maria and Rik are such a photogenic couple and the loveliest of clients. Maria and I enjoyed many happy hours planning the designs for her summer church wedding and reception at Shustoke Farm Barns. We had the pleasure of creating flowers for her sister’s wedding a couple of years back so jumped at the chance to work with these lovely people again. Add to the mix that Steve Gerrard was flying back to capture their day and we knew a good day was to be had by all.
ORGANIC STYLE DEEP PINK BOUQUETS
The organic style of bouquets suited Maria’s dress chosen from our friends at Tilly Trotters Bridal in Leamington. A hand chosen selection of blooms including deep pink dahlia, scabious and soft pink roses were combined with a mix of textured foliage for this late August wedding.
ORGANIC STYLE FLOWERS – CHURCH ARCH
The tiny church at Corley Moor is a real hidden treasure, filled with candlelight it was overflowing with emotion for this wedding. The organic style arch was created to work with the natural beauty of the weathered stone. A base of foliage with trailing amaranthus and natural flowers accentuated the beauty of of the church so much so that the Vicar was heard to comment “I should have flowers hanging for every wedding”
ORGANIC STYLE FLOWERS – TABLE CENTRES TALL AND LOW
We continued the organic style florals in to the reception. We styled the tables with a mix of tall and low table centres, keeping the flowers and foliage organic and lush. Tall designs on bronze/gold stands or tall bronze vases with large urns for the top table overflowing with natural organic styled flowers and foliage. Fresh rosemary was added to the place settings where everyone had their name in gold.
EXTRA STYLING DETAILS
The courtyard at Shustoke is gorgeous with its olive trees and natural planting. We had fun decorating the bike for Rik and the boys as well as adding extra styling details to the table plan. For a welcome touch we added rococco style candlesticks and foliage, as well as decorating their mirror table plan with a foliage garland and we always love adding our floral touch to a wedding cake table.
Thank you Mr and Mrs Hackett for sharing your day. We loved being a part of your wedding.

Katie and Adam tied the knot at Hampton Manor and we worked our magic to create their dream wedding with dusky pink roses, trailing ivy and blackboard welcome signs.
WELCOME DISPLAYS AT HAMPTON MANOR
As guests arrive at your wedding venue make them feel really at home with a welcome display giving an insight into your wedding day look and feel. The beautiful entrance at Hampton manor suits relaxed styling with warm lanterns, and natural flowers and ivy foliage.
WEDDING BOUQUETS
Delivering the wedding bouquets on the wedding morning is always an emotional time and we loved the excitement when a bride first sees the bridal party flowers. The choice of wedding bouquet is one of the key decisions for any wedding as the bouquet is one of the most photographed pieces of the day.
STUNNING WEDDING CAKE
The icing on the cake for any wedding is a cake from Ben the Cakeman. This semi naked cake design is just so stunning. We love to meet Ben on the morning of the wedding with fresh flowers which he then works his magic on to create an amaziing look which always surpasses our expectations. His attention to detail is beyond comparison and this wedding cake was a real beauty.
Thank you Katie and Adam for sharing your beautiful wedding images with us. We love receiving images from our couples and lovely comments like these
We just wanted to say a huge thank you for the beautiful flowers and decorations for our wedding day! We were so pleased with them, they were perfect! We had so many comments about them on the day, and they complemented the venue perfectly. You made the whole process and run up to the wedding easy and stress free”
If you are looking for help with planning your wedding at Hampton Manor please get in touch.
Our birch arch makes a stunning backdrop for a wedding ceremony. The ceremony barn at Hampton Manor is the perfect setting. We created this autumnal setting at Hampton Manor using large tree stumps down the aisle with candle in clear glass cylinder vases making a lovely setting for the entrance of the bride.
The focal point is of course the birch arch which we draped with sheer white material and organic style florals to each corner, we used lush foliage, dark red hydrangeas, nude roses and larger statement blooms for a textured autumnal look.
Heather and Stewart were married earlier this year at Shustoke Farm Barns. Once you see their heartfelt video by Blue Ridge Weddings I think you’ll agree with me this was such a dreamy wedding and we loved being a part of it and creating the florals.
Heather had a stunning organic bouquet of garden roses, dusky pink roses, lavender, hydrangeas and eucalyptus.
Button holes were dusky pink roses, thistle and eucalyptus.
We created hanging rings from the beams which are a must have at Shustoke. Hanging flowers will frame the aisle and are captured in all the photos, they are enjoyed for the wedding breakfast and right up until the final farewells.
